When placing the order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation together with your invoice. After the order has been placed, you will also receive a notification when will your order be delivered from our preferred delivery partner. Typically we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days from the day of the purchase (depending on the pickup timeline from seller). We use the flexible delivery service free of charge for the buyer
Once the package has been picked up from the seller by our preferred delivery partner, you will be able to track it directly in the wesbite’s portal.
Due to our commitment to process orders as quickly as possible we can accept cancellations of orders within 2 hours of placing the order.
The seller indicates what price they would like to receive for their products. The price will be reviewed and if considered acceptable, the product will be uploaded in the website and be available for purchase by buyers. In case we consider that the asking price is excessive or well beyond the market value for 2nd hand product, we will contact you suggesting you to revise your price. Our fees and selling costs will be deducted from the indicated sale price as per the Earnings guide

Shipping & Returns FAQs
We accept returns only if the following issues arise and are reported to Bebify within 24 hours of the order being delivered to the buyer (time that our preferred delivery partner indicated on delivery)
• Item is missing from the package
• Item included is not as described/incorrect item
If we verify your claim, your payment will be refunded within 5 days from verification.
If no claim is made within 24 hours of successful delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
You can always re-list any items you purchased and you don’t need anymore (if they fulfill Bebify’ s criteria) on our shop!
At the moment we only pickup and deliver items all across the Republic of Cyprus.
You can start selling on Bebify by following the steps below:
1. Click on Sell Now area on the Home Page or on the “Become a Seller” button on the Home Page ribbon.
2. Add your details in the registration form and verify your account.
3. Upload your items details in the product page of the seller dashboard.
We aim to set fair market prices for items sold on Bebify based on condition, quality, brand and age of the product. We want uploaded items to sell fast at fair prices to consumers.
At Bebify, we ensure a very smooth selling process for our users where you only upload your items on our website, package them appropriately and Bebify team does the rest for you.
Our pricing includes the following costs and services provided by Bebify:
1. Quality review of the products available on our website
2. Order fulfilment costs to pickup and deliver the item(s) to the buyers – sellers just prepare the items and we collect from your house via our preferred delivery partner
3. Selling fees and overhead costs (card charges, website cost & maintenance etc.)
5. Bebify margin
Ideally, we would prefer that you package the items in the original box/case and include any manuals/instruction guides.
However, if the original box/case is not available you can package the product in a sturdy box/case bearing in mind that the product should not be loose within the box/case (the item is prevented from shifting within the box i.e. is tightly packaged). It is suggested to use plenty of packing paper to fill the gaps for fragile items.
As soon as your items have been sold, you should prepare them for pickup by our preferred delivery partner.
• Ensure all gear is clean, free of stains and any smells
• Include all instructions/manuals (if any)
• Double check that all parts are included and working properly
• Package the product (as per above) and schedule the pickup date and time
Due to the ongoing quality review we want to provide to our customers, items on sale will expire within a period of 2 months if not sold. We will contact you for a further review and adjustments in the price if necessary.
We will contact you if your item(s) do not meet our condition requirements and therefore cannot be approved to be sold.
We commit to our customers that items uploaded in our website will fulfill our quality criteria.
We accept items of any sizes and weights. In case your item weighs more than 30kg please indicate it in the product description as it will require a special delivery van for collection.
Orders Details FAQs
When you purchase a product from our website, the seller will receive a notification to complete a pickup form to define the time and day available for the product to be collected from our drivers. You will receive the items within 5 days from the pickup date defined by the seller.
When you buy a product and you decided that you want to cancel the order, then you may navigate through the account dashboard, go to orders and click on the cancel button of the specific order you desire to cancel.
You will be able to track your order through Tracking Order Option available in the Website’s Dashboard.
